As a Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney, Will is an expert who specializes in criminal law. He has appeared on Fox News as a legal commentator, and has handled several high profile cases covered by the local, national and internatonal media. Will has had cases covered by Court TV, and he has been quoted in Newsweek's "Quotes of the Week." Prior to becoming a defense attorney, Will spent ten years with the State Attorney's Office as a prosecutor. Six of those years were spent in the Sex Crimes/Child Abuse unit, which he left as an Advanced Sex Crimes Prosecutor. Prior to leaving the State Attorney's Office, he also served as Career Criminal Lead trial attorney, where he handled a variety of serious violent crimes, including first degree murder. Will currently represents people accused of all state and federal criminal offenses.
